Meet our Team
James Livsey, Ph.D.
James Livsey is a seasoned statistical analyst with expertise in time series analysis, seasonal adjustment, hierarchical Bayesian methods, privacy, and stochastic processes. He received a Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences at Clemson University. He has consulted with multiple world banks and secondary education departments in the D.C. area. James has over a decade of experience in post-secondary education in statistics, data science, and machine learning. He co-founded StatZhub to share his passion of creating computational and statistical solutions to collaborative problems.
James Wilson, Ph.D.
James Wilson is a researcher, educator, mentor, and consultant. He received his Ph.D. in Statistics and Operations Research from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has a broad background in statistics, biostatistics, and data science with expertise in machine learning, social network and social media analysis, brain imaging analysis, and health statistics. James has over 10 years of experience as a professor and as lead consultant for projects with major tech companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has over 40 published manuscripts, two patents, a number of federally funded grants, and multiple software packages based on his work. He co-founded StatZhub to broaden the accessibility of data-smart decision making.
